Seven × 3-hour sessions every three to four weeks, with video content in between. Optional extra activities. We find that spacing sessions every three to four weeks allows learning to settle, creates space for busy lives, and enables you to try things between sessions. Limited to 15 pax to prioritise safety, learning, and connection.
