Place in Practice is a free, monthly one hour online series for people working in place-based change across Australia. Hosted by the PLACE team, each session offers a deep dive into a featured PLACE resource, opportunities to connect with other changemakers, share experiences from practice and hear what’s coming up next from PLACE. It’s a practical space for learning and connection.

PiP Session 1: The 12 Elements

Our first session will be hosted by Eve Millar Director, Strengthen Data and Impact with the PLACE team. Join a deep dive into The 12 Elements – PLACE’s framework for place-based change where the session will introduce each of the 12 elements as a shared starting point for understanding what supports effective, locally led change, with space for discussion and reflection from practice.
