Chief Executive Officer

Luke is CEO of PLACE, where he leads a national agenda to advance community-led, place-based change. His career spans senior roles in government and the social impact sector, including leadership of major reform initiatives focused on social policy, employment and community wellbeing. He is recognised for translating complex policy into practical, ground-level action.

Nathan Wright

Director of Operations

Nathan brings deep expertise in finance, governance and large-scale program delivery through previous roles leading the ARC Centre of Excellence for Australian Biodiversity and Heritage and Steel Research Hub. His experience in operational strategy ensures strong financial stewardship, effective partnerships and delivering high-quality organisational outcomes in complex environments.

Director, Strategy & Governance

Tess is an experienced strategist with a background in governance, program oversight and senior roles at TAFE NSW and the NSW Department of Education. Tess advances effective governance and strategic alignment to support long-term, community-focused outcomes.

Jane Anderson

Director, Enable

Jane is an experienced leader committed to equity and systems change across community, government and industry sectors. She is recognised for her collaborative approach, community leadership and place-based work. Her career spans roles such as Latrobe Health Advocate, regional director of Anglicare Victoria and Director of The Fair Co in Gippsland, supported by earlier experience in law enforcement and legal practice.
