Bringing people, knowledge and evidence together
Across Australia, communities are tackling complex local challenges, yet valuable experience, knowledge and evidence often remain disconnected or difficult to access.
The Learn and Share program brings together the learnings, evidence and outcomes from our strategic pillars — Enable, Collaborative Solutions, and Strengthen Data and Impact — and the vast knowledge and experiences within our communities, turning insights from practice into clear, useful tools and resources.
We create opportunities for learning, collaboration and reflection across sectors and systems. By connecting knowledge with action, we help communities build confidence, influence policy and accelerate meaningful, place-based change.
We’re developing practical tools, peer learning opportunities and accessible knowledge products that will help translate evidence into action, including workshops, collaborative research and online resources shaped by community priorities.
This will include a knowledge hub and learning networks where communities and partners can learn from each other, access timely evidence and apply practical insights to strengthen the systems that shape outcomes.
We have also created an overview of PLACE’s framework for place-based change, including an introduction to each element and practical examples of the elements in practice.
