Nadine brings over 20 years of executive experience across the not-for-profit, education, health and protection sectors, having managed humanitarian, development and resilience programs across Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East and Australia.

Andrew has deep experience across the human services sector and has led national programs in remote and urban employment, community development and training.

Eve is a strategic systems-thinker with deep experience across government and the social sector. With a background in law and education, she helps organisations clarify their theory of change, align strategy, and use data to increase impact. She brings experience in place-based, community-led approaches and a commitment to lasting change.

Neiewa provides advice and assistance to the leadership team and board. She has experience across government, universities and the community sector.

Kergen brings his experience in frontline community service delivery, policy co-design, and corporate governance to PLACE, having worked across Victoria and the Northern Territory.

Pallavi brings experience facilitating co-design and social innovation approaches alongside people with lived experience, community organisations and government across a range of contexts like mental health, disability, domestic violence and humanitarian migration.  

Alex Hahn brings extensive expertise in the not‑for‑profit, community development, and emergency response sectors. She has designed and directed external media, communications and marketing strategies for national and international humanitarian response operations, and large‑scale community programs.

Tiffany provides high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the CEO’s time and priorities are managed effectively and internal coordination runs smoothly, and organisational commitments are delivered with care and professionalism. She has experience across in government, corporate and community sectors.
